Call (985)-542-6689 or email fump@bellsouth.net for information on where to pick up the required registration packet prior to your assigned date. Specific instructions for our email process are included with the registration packet. Packets cannot be emailed.

You may email your registration request to: fump.register@gmail.com (this email address is only monitored for our registration process. Please do not email before your assigned date or before 8:00 am on your date. To be fair early emails will not be accepted.

We will register children in the order we receive the emails starting at 8:00AM for each group.

The following information should be included:

• Your name and phone number

• Your child’s name

• Your child’s date of birth

• The days you would like for your child to attend school (If you need to enroll in the Early Care or Extended Care programs, please list those days separately.)

If the days you are requesting are not available, we will contact you to discuss other options. If enrollment is full, you will be placed on our waiting list.

Once we receive your email and have your child enrolled, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to submit the registration fee and paperwork.  If you are placed on the waiting list, we will notify you through email as well.
